Associate Manager - F&A

JOB PURPOSE
Associate Manager –F&A role is to manage the Investments of the Company, handling compliance to covenants under financing documents, assisting in financing initiatives, maintaining relationship with various stake holders and coordination with accounts team for booking of expenses.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assisting in Project Specific Financial Modelling for GAL and its airport companies | Financial Models |
Preparation and timely submission of various MIS, certificates, statements, reports, and details to lenders/bankers and for internal customers. | Accuracy of submissions |
Maintaining relationship with Lenders, Security trustees, Bankers, Investors, and credit rating agencies | Stakeholders Relationship |
Ensuring Timely debt servicing, compliance to facility agreement and submission of accurate data to Bond trustees | Facility Agreement compliance |
Accurate & Timely submission for audits & rating agency requirements and resolving their queries (if any) | Audit reports & Rating letters |
Preparation of presentations for internal reviews & various financing initiatives | Presentations |

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
• CA / MBA (Finance)/ M.Com
• Effective communication and Analytical Ability
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Overall 7 to 10 years’ experience in financing & accounting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management & liaising with banks/ financial institutions and various stakeholders
