JOB PURPOSE

The position Manager F&A in GCMBCA division role is to manage the Investments of the Promoters, submit MIS to the Promoters, have personal discussions with them about the investment proposals and MIS submitted and execute the directions. The position also ensures compliances under Wealth Tax Act., relating to all the Promoters entities.

Associate Manager –F&A role is to manage the Investments of the Company, handling compliance to covenants under financing documents, assisting in financing initiatives, maintaining relationship with various stake holders and coordination with accounts team for booking of expenses.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Assisting in financing initiatives including Review of Agreements, Execution of NDU & Engagement letter, assistance in DD Loan documents
Assisting in Project Specific Financial Modelling for GAL and its airport companies Financial Models 
Preparation and timely submission of various MIS, certificates, statements, reports, and details to lenders/bankers and for internal customers. Accuracy of submissions
Maintaining relationship with Lenders, Security trustees, Bankers, Investors, and credit rating agencies Stakeholders Relationship 
Ensuring Timely debt servicing, compliance to facility agreement and submission of accurate data to Bond trustees Facility Agreement compliance
Accurate & Timely submission for audits & rating agency requirements and resolving their queries (if any) Audit reports & Rating letters
Preparation of presentations for internal reviews & various financing initiatives Presentations
Timely updating Banks & AMCs with ASLs Authorized Signatory list
Effective management of funds. Ensure timely investment and redemption of funds  on requirement basis Availability of funds & interest earning
Assisting in financing initiatives, including review of agreements, execution of NDU & engagement letter, and assistance in DD. Loan documents

•    CA / MBA (Finance)/ M.Com

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Overall 7 to 10 years’ experience in financing & accounting.

Minimum 3 years of experience in cash management & liaising with banks/ financial institutions and various stakeholders
