JOB PURPOSE

Lead the hire to Retire processes for GMR Real Estate Business which encompasses Warehousing & properties.
Develop and implement HR systems, processes & policies across GMR Real Estate Business to enchance employee engagement and achieve operational excellence.

Sector HR Head (Corporate) -------> GM HR ---------> Associate Manager HR (Real Estate)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition:

  • Finalization of manpower requirement for GMR Real Estate Business as per the work design parameters
  • Finalization of Job Description for all positions
  • Timely closure of open positions through internal/external candidates

Talent Management and Employee Engagement:

  • To monitor implementation of Talent Management initiatives viz:
  • Employee Communication initiatives viz: Skip Level Meetings: as per calendar (once in 6 months), Town Hall: as per calendar (once in 6 months), HR Connect, New Managers Assimilation Programs
  • Talent Review & Succession Planning for Critical Positions
  • Ring fencing of critical talent through IJP, Merit List

Talent Development

Finalize the Training needs through Competency Assessment – Behavioral & Technical /Functional for the team and enabling them to fulfill their TNI

Monitoring & measuring the effectiveness of Training

HR Tech & Process Improvement:

  • Ensure optimum usage of HR Technology from hire to retire: Navyata, Skillate, HR Success Factors

MIS

  • Preparation & finalization of HR MIS on a monthly basis focusing on various initiatives during the month, manpower status, development initiatives, R&R & other key activities

HR Compliances

  • Ensure 100% adherence of all HR related compliances for respective locations for GMR Real Estate business

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • PG Diploma / Masters in HR / IR

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Hospitality, FMCG, Retail, Real Estate industries handling end to end HR domain
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
