JOB PURPOSE
Develops EPC based Site HR policy in consultation with Management and coordinates human resources activities covering the entire employee life cycle. |

Manpower Planning, AOP and Talent Acquisition: Consolidate manpower requirements from across the SBUs and consolidation of the same Develop Company-wise, SBU-wise and JRL wise manpower Nos/Cost projections for AOP. |
End-to-End HR Operations and HR Analytics |
Development and Management of CHROs BSC, MIS and Reviews |
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Recruitment Consultants, Statutory Audits
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Employees, Vertical Heads, Plant and BHR Energy
Team, HRC Members
SBU Heads, Finance Heads, SSC and Corporate HR
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
OTHER DIMENSIONS
•Monitoring all site HR Function
•To handle at least 100-150 personnel at Site including Direct & Indirect.
Coordination with Site Locations on Various HR matters
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
•Graduate with MBA HR
•Basic Computer Knowledge/ SAP
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
6 to 8 years of experience
Should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate HR
