JOB PURPOSE

Develops EPC based Site HR policy in consultation with Management and coordinates human resources activities covering the entire employee life cycle.

To drive organizational employee engagement and employee communication by conceptualizing, designing, and implementing and ensuring on-ground impact of employee engagement initiatives for DIAL. Executing the employee engagement survey, presenting the analysis for action planning and driving the action plans along with department Heads. The role will also lead all initiatives of leadership communication and also assess its effectiveness .

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Implementation of EE survey and Analysis :- 
•    Administration of EE survey  
•    Encourage participation by way of creating communication plan and Road Shows 
•    Driving analysis of EE survey result at organization level and department level, Creation of Manager Score Cards and also communicating the same

Key Performance Indicator :- 
•    Timely Roll Out of Survey 
•     Maximum Participation

Creation, monitoring and implementation of EE Action Plan 

Based on the Analysis creating action plan at the organization level and department level action plan to be co-created with respective department head and concerned HRBPs.

Implementation of the action plan in coordination with HRBPS
Monthly Monitoring and reporting of the Action Plan for all department
Key Performance Indicator 

 Closure of Action Plans 

End-to-end tracking of all initiatives
Coverage: Plan Vs ActualEmployee Engagement Activities and measuring its effectiveness 
Executing the Employee Engagement Activities like:  Pratibha (Employee talent show), Kids Carnival, DIAL’s Reward and Recognition Scheme, Star Employee of the month, Employee of the year, Guest Lecture, Skip Level Meeting, Hobby Clubs, Birthday mailers, Focus group discussions. Spiritual Sessions. 
• Conducting of CEOs communication (twice in a year). 
• Creation of communication plan for creating awareness and participation for all EE activities. 
• Driving Social Volunteering projects at Organization Levels along with GMRVF – CSR wing of GMR 
• Implementing effectiveness measurement of all EE activities using survey tools and internal employee portal (We Connect) 
Key Performance Indicator 
Creation of EE calendar.
•EE Activities – Plan Vs Actual.
•Increase participation in EE activities.
•Measuring Effectiveness of all EE activities.
•Nos of unique employees - access to We Connect 
New Initiatives 
•Designing of new initiatives basis, the needs of diverse workgroups and engagement drivers. 
•Driving Initiatives of EE as per Business Excellence Requirements

MIS, Reports , Invoice Processing and Dashboards
Develop a comprehensive reporting system and monthly MIS for senior leaders/CEO dashboards.
Track Plan Vs Actual rigorously for closure of all planned activities.

MBA from premier institute 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•6-8 years’ experience post MBA 
•Experience in driving Employee Engagement in large organizations
