JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for installation, testing & commissioning, operations and Maintenance of GPU, PCA & PW system at to ensure 100% usage and maximum utilization thus maximizing the revenue of company

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Installation and commissioning
Coordination for installation, testing and commissioning of new GPU & PCA units for terminal
1, coordination and testing commissioning and takeover of potable water facilities. Timely installation and commissioning of 80 new units, 22 PW systems,
Ensure closure of all the punch points and adherence to DLP obligations Compliance to contractual obligation
O&M control of PBB, GPU, PCA & PWS
· Ensure timely completion of PM & BM activities
· Monitor the output performance of equipment (Efficiency) and compare with the rated
performance efficiency.
· Spares planning, initiating and formal note for budgetary approval for purchase requirement
and forwarding the same to Purchase section.
· Monitoring spares consumption during maintenance work and ensuring availability of critical
spares in case of emergency.
· Power consumption tracking and analyzing trend with baseline.
· Ensure the equipment “Offline” BME usage cases are identified on the same day and shared
with revenue billing team.
· Coordination with IT network to have smooth data transmission.
· Planning for breakdown and predictive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of system.
· Ensure zero logging error in manual records.
· Process improvement through quality tools -Equipment performance - No. of Breakdowns & Downtime % Spares availability, Spares Stock out Spares Cost per unit Logging errors
Maintaining Serviceability & Availability: Ensure 100 % serviceability of the equipment 99%
availability of system at 100% performance levels. Serviceability % Availability % and Equip. Performance
Smooth & Satisfactory Operation
· Have periodic feedback from customer regarding reliability and satisfaction level of services
being provided by company
· Ensure no delays to flight movement due to BME services. Feedback score of 4+ / 5 Zero delay due to BME
Ensure zero revenue leakage
· Ensure all the airlines are using BME service 100%. Otherwise keep on Follow up and have
regular meeting till BME usage is started.
· Ensure that usage recording is done for cases of offline of equipment.
· Coordinate with IT team to control the communication failures and rejection of FTP data. Airline wise usage Billing of 100 % usage Communication failure occurrences & total time.
MIS:- Prepares records of operations and maint. activities e,g,:- Energy Consumption, Water
Consumption, Requirement list, Serviceability & Availability of BME Equipment's, Store
Inventory and Major work and report etc. MIS presentation As per timeline
Preparation/Review of SOP
· Making necessary changes where ever applicable. Keep track of all the SOPs and if some
SOP is missing / required creating the same. 100 % process coverage under SOP
Training:- Imparting trainings to the team BME training operations team of GHA’s &
Airlines; conducting training sessions on regular basis as per the requirement of the site Ensure operations done by Certified trained persons
Audit: Resolution of issues with Auditors and ensure no adverse remarks in Audit Report etc. Timely closure and no repeat observation
Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and participate Group level competition for CIP& BLIP As per timeline & target

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Full time B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) from AICTE recognized institute affiliated to State technical university with 6-8 Years of experience v Full time Technical Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) from a recognized institute under state board of technical education with 10-12 years of relevant work experience.
