JOB PURPOSE

Leading the subcontracting activities and procurement of product of right quality, quantity from right source at right time & price to facilitate projects as per or ahead of schedule in coordination with CPD and other departments.

Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Support O & M team in tendering / Negotiations / award of contacts for procuring equipments / materials / services for Toll plazas management

Support EPC – Plant & Machinery Team in Tendering / Negotiation / Award of contracts for procuring Construction Equipments covering their projects across Highways, Buildings, Airports

**No. of contractors handled

Participating in selection of sub-contractor/ supplier by providing their registration form, capability assessment Form, profile verification, product catalogue & rate list for the work.

**No. of sub-contractor taken on board

Participating in pre-contract activities (floating of tenders, getting competitive quotations, preparing comparison statement, support negotiation on technical and commercial aspects)

**No. of successful bidding process completed

Performing post- contract activities (client billing and certifying sub-contractor, processing of change order, variation order, follow up for payment, TDS Certificate, retention money)

**Range (in Lakhs) of contracts handled

Develop and maintain relations with Existing / Major vendors / service providers/ OEMs. Develop and Establish contacts with new vendors

**No. of vendors handled

Coordinate with various user departments / stake holders in relation to contract administration especially evaluation of change orders / variations and finalize the change order values to be recommended to management for approval

**No. of NFAs processed

Checking the compliance adherence docs and making sure that all the vendors are in line with the compliance guidelines issued along with LOI

**No. of compliance docs

Understanding of ISO 20400, ESG sustainability, core issues and sustainable solutions.

**SOP Adherence.

With finance, secretarial and other departments for enabling payments
