JOB PURPOSE

Manage long term power purchase agreements entered with Discoms meeting contractual compliances and achieve revenue targets in line with Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

Accountabilities KPI
Preparation of monthly invoices for all GWEL PPAs Timely Submission
Impact calculation and preparation of supplementary invoices for submission of change in law claims for GWEL Zero Non Compliance
Coordination with cross-functional team and compilation of all supporting documents w.r.t CIL/CPT claim Timeline
Preparing draft replies for timely communication and meeting overall PPA compliances Timeline
Keeping track of payments received and updated in the PRAAPTI Portal on regular basis Timeline
Preparation of MISs w.r.t sales, billing and collection on timely manner Timeline & Accuracy
Regularly track the power supply position and coordination with plant team for scheduling of power Maximize revenue from existing PPAs
Data management, Performance analysis and timely generation of reports Timeline & Accuracy
Keeping track of sale of untied power and generate invoices and  sales performance on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis Timeline & Accuracy

 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Various Utilities, RLDCs, CTU/PGCIL, Ministry of Power, Central Electricity Authority, State Distribution companies, Consultants

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Plant O&M Team, Coal Team, Power Trading Team, F&A, Regulatory & Legal Team, Commercial & Indirect Taxation Team
