JOB PURPOSE

Assist category manager in execution of Contract and Procurements in most competitive manner, vendor management, logistics management contract closure, in line with overall project program for all business requirements

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Assist in building and maintaining the vendor network (credible vendors) by performing feasibility and quality checks through user department and develop long term partnerships

**No. of new vendors added to the list

Supporting sr. buyer in consolidating and arranging the receiving quotations from vendors and arranging bre-bid meetings (EOI, RFI, RFQ / RFP Process)

**No. of POs processed successfully

Replying & resolving to all the queries received from user, vendors & other stakeholders

**No. of queries resolved

Assist Manager / HOD in negotiation process (e-bidding- reverse/ forward auctions) and prepare approval notes/ documents

**Cost saved

Supporting sr. buyers for ensuring all purchase activities comply with quality standard, tax and government policies and conduct regular vendor audits to maintain quality and timely deliverables

Plan logistics and delivery of all equipment to project location by the supplier or OEM.

** Turn-around time as per SLA

Co-ordinate with HR for clearance of Labour law compliance by the contractors.

**Compliance to Labour law.

Assist Manager / HOD in Managing Contracts / agreements and work orders during execution including tracking of changes/ variation and delays or extension of time in coordination with Site execution team / Project Manager

**MIS Reporting, Track Sheets

Understanding of ISO 20400, ESG sustainability, core issues and sustainable solutions.

**SOP Adherence.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Interact with other / user Departments on a regular basis to:

    • Find/suggest solutions to the problems/issues related to Procurement
    • Address contract administration issues

Sharing related docs and reports as per planned schedule

Finance , Legal and Indirect tax team for budgeting, tax plan , clarity on taxation, savings on tax , drafting contract/ agreement , Contract management , payment process and closure of contract etc.
