Associate Manager - Real Estate

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to provide end-to-end program management assistance in setting up the Lease Administration platform for ALD. The role shall involve working with the technology service provider for ensuring seamless handholding and data transposition onto the platform. The incumbent shall also support in coordination with the various teams within ALD and external touch points for smooth implementation of the platform. Once, operational, the role shall be to operate and manage the platform on a continuous basis.

This position reports to VP Real estate

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure integration of technology platform with existing ERP systems and external technology touchpoints – work with GMR IT team, GMR Finance teams and SAP teams

Glitch-free integration and turnaround time.

Consolidation of data from concerned ALD teams

Accuracy of data and turnaround time

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• Technology Service Provider
• System Integrators

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• ALD team members
• GMR IT, Finance, etc.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

• All investment projects with Development Cost of ~ Rs 1000 Cr plus (to begin with) to be mapped onto the Technology platform.

OTHER DIMENSIONS

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA + Engg/ CA/BBA or equivalent from a Tier 1/2 College

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
