Associate Manager - Real Estate

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to provide end-to-end analytical and program management assistance  in various commercial monetization initiatives of DIAL ALD including  developing new ideas, Market Research, Bid strategy development, Bid Process and contract management for DIAL Airport Land  development.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Conduct market research for upcoming opportunities like adopted business models, benchmarking practices, bid strategy, etc.

Prepare financial models and compile decks of financial analysis for planned transactions/upcoming opportunities

MBA + Engg/ CA/BBA or equivalent from a Tier 1/2 College

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of relevant experience
