Terminal Audits, Observations Recording & Reporting
Observe vendor productivity and efficiency with respect to SLA
No's of observations for other departments.
Effective compilations and reports (Daily trackers & report out)
Monthly Vesta meetings with assigned departments
No's of manpower and machinery audits per shift and reporting mail out
Productivity & Closures
Percentage of closure of EM vendor partners/ Percentage of closure of inter department observations - 80% same month / 100% previous month. Updating productivity tracker (Daily)
Adherence to department scope and work procedures
Understanding of vendor partner processes & responsibilities
Ensure all SOP’s followed.
Team productivity
Monthly projects and trackers
Process Excellence - Kaizens, 5S Interventions, 5S Zones and 5S Audit
No's of Kaizens & 5S registered , audited using check sheets and sustained under individual scope. No's of Ideas submitted Participation in no's of BLIPs / CIPs (Annual number)
Service Delivery & Passengers Experience
On-ground participation in passenger experience initiatives - ASQ, Skytrax, Audits by Authorities (No's of audit days undertaken). Compliance to OMDA (Sch 3 & Sch 4) standards and team alignment. Improvement projects

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 07, Maximum 11 years in Aviation, Hotels, Hospitals or hygiene industry
