JOB PURPOSE

The Executive - Aviation Services, is responsible for monitoring baggage delivery performances, overseeing data compilation and ensuring accurate reporting of operational performance matric. The role involves managing and analyzing data related to baggage handling, BME performance, SOP compliance, SLA, and coordination for fueling maintenance windows. He is also responsible for activating RVPs to facilitate emergency response vehicles as per DAEP. The role also includes preparing and presenting weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Collect, compile, and validate operational data related to baggage delivery, BME performance, SOP / SLA monitoring and fueling safety drills.
  • Generate accurate and timely MIS reports.
  • Analyze trends and identify operational gaps through data insights.
  • Timely execution of NFA / Contract Renewal documentation.
  • Preparation of monthly stakeholder meeting / management reviews presentation.
  • Timely generation of reports.

Monitoring baggage delivery performance:

  • Ensure baggage delivery standards DOM - FB 10Mn & LB 30Mins / INT FB 15 Min & LB 40 Mins in coordination with Airlines / GHA and other stakeholders.

  • ASQ Scores.
  • Audit observations.

Monitoring Bridge Mounted Equipment (BME):

  • Ensure the serviceability and availability of GPU & PCA of 98% achieved in coordination with BME Maintenance and AOCC.

Fueling maintenance coordination:

  • Coordinate with AOCC for fueling maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Ensure ESB mock drill, Hydrant pit checks and ITP audits are conducted as per schedule in coordination with all stakeholders.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Compliance, SLA Monitoring and Audits

  • Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and Service level agreements.
  • Attend internal and external audits.
  • Ensure the RVPs are activated and facilitate the emergency response vehicles and personnel entry in accordance with the DAEP.
  • Upkeep of RVP 1 & 2
  • Monitor the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to GHA, Catering, Fueling, BME and TBS Operations during shifts.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate
  • Master's degree preferably MBA in Aviation Management

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 3-4 Years experience with Airport Operations / GHAs / Airlines.
  • Must possess a valid LMV Driving license
  • Should be confident to drive LMV.
  • General awareness of Aerodrome Design and Operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Internet usage.
