JOB PURPOSE

Support Head Contracts in :

  • Handle the Contracts (Agreement of Service and Housekeeping) in terms of monitoring Contracts, processing payments
  • Adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and environment standards.
  • Support the administration in procuring and managing the assets for smooth operations across all Terminals of IGI Airport.

AOP Planning and monthly expenditure management.

ORGANISATION CHART

The position is key support to EM Contract Management for :

  • Budgeting to maintain all TOPs contracts which include both OPEX and CAPEX.

Collating SLAs of all contracts pertaining to Terminal operations in terms of facilities provided at Airport for processing payments

Operational Support  to Head Contracts- Estate Management

  • Purchase Requisition for any procurement related to Terminal Contracts & Assets.
  • Payment processing for all procurements and support services of Terminal Operations and Estate Management.
  • Monthly Expenditure management and coordinating with internal stakeholder for correct uploading of data in SAP.
  • Follow-up for on-time submission of compliances by service providers on Vendor portal created exclusively for service providers.

 

  • Coordinating for trainings of service providers.
  • Maintain the targets defined in AOP, department budget – Budgeted vs. Actuals.
  • Create and Track the PRs till PO release.
  • Ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Track the payment from invoice submission to payment transfer

  • Support Head Contracts in ensure timely compliance to all concerned Govt /Statutory agencies includes Labour laws, industrial relations, security, health and employee wellbeing is concerned.

Contract Workforce Management

  • Provide support in handling and reviewing the contract workforce by engaging with the contractors, discussing the requirements as per the work, evaluating the contractors, solving contract workforce grievances, etc.
Adherence to MAG, IFC, OMDA, SOPs, SLA, and environment compliance

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Post-Graduation with any specialization or Graduation with 5 years of  experience(2 years in similar capacity handling similar profile)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience.
