JOB PURPOSE
The role will support “GM/ AGM – Hospitality District” in administering FMS contracts, manage cashflows, monitoring SLAs and budget targets, timely MIS and dashboards for accurate information on (1) Aerocity operating parameters such as water, electricity, footfalls, vehicular traffic etc. (2) compliances, and (3) cashflows

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Aerocity Hospitality District CAM Budget Preparation, Implementation, and Cash Flow Management
- Prepare the Annual and monthly budgets and spend in collaboration with the facility management agency and other relevant stakeholders
Support in ensuring that FMS agency adheres to defined plan and budget.

Retail/Office space occupiers, Brands

Annual CAM budget of INR 12-15 Cr

- Direct Reports and Supporting Agencies with an overall reporting staff strength of over 150 employees serving an overall campus of more than 60 Acres/6 million Sft hosting 11 hospitality brands, 100+ Fortune 500 companies office, premium retail and F&B brands.

20,000 footfalls per day
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- PG/MBA
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 6-8 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and creation of presentations
- Good inter-personal skills
