To support CXO/ Top Management for realizing the business objectives of the Company with effective managerial, analytical skills and key (internal/external) stakeholder management


Accountabilities  Performance Indicators
Business Integration  Delivery of integrated strategy, process & execution plan
Coordination with all Functional Heads Driving Business Initiatives towards common objective
Managing key stakeholders Lenders/Authority/Construction & Business Partners
Market Intelligence Monitoring, Analysis & briefing Business heads on updates on external stakeholders & business sector

Support CEO for Management Control As per AOP
Facilitate management review As per AOP
Facilitate analytical/decision support As per AOP
Execution of special projects 
As and when required
Key internal/external stakeholder management
As and when required
Strategic and Annual Operating Plan Framework Strategic Plan and annual operating plan prepared and adopted
Project planning and monitoring In line with approved AOP
Performance monitoring, review and control Periodical Management information reports

•    Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including substantial experience in financial modelling/ valuation and project construction/management skills


•    Ability to develop formal and informal relationships to leverage existing teams and workflow and gain focus on new areas of emphasis
•    Should have vision, strategic capabilities and a long-term focus including business acumen and target- and result oriented approach


 B.E + MBA from reputed Institutions


Around 15 + years of experience in similar roles in strategy/planning function at large infrastructure  organization
