JOB PURPOSE
Monitor Cargo operations in DIAL to ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements, coordinate with Cargo Terminal Operators (CDCTMIPL & DCSC) and other Stakeholders to resolve operational issues in order to increase the cargo tonnage and improve operational excellence. |

Stake Holder Management-Co-ordination with Customs House Agents, Freight Forwarders, Board of Airline Representatives (India)-Northern Region, Customs & other Regulatory Authorities like Assistant Drug Controller, Plant Quarantine, Truck Operators, and Parking Contractor along with Delhi Airport Parking Services Pvt. Ltd. Managing Monthly, Fortnightly, and Weekly Meetings with above Stake Holders & Co-ordination with Cargo Terminal Operators to update the new developments and resolve the operational issues for smooth cargo operations. |
-Disruption in Cargo Operations, Cargo Traffic Management, Strikes & unrest |
Special Projects / Initiatives- Enforce & support Cargo Terminal Operators in driving implementation of Business Excellence programs in the areas of process improvement, difference ISO standards Certification, audits & implementation of observations during Audits. |

Regulatory Compliances- Enforce & ensure strict compliances of Regulations related to all concerned Government bodies like Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Customs, Airport Economic Regulatory Authority and implementing through Cargo Terminal Operators |

Health Safety Environment System & Regulatory Compliances- Monitoring Cargo Operations & ensuring strict compliances defined in the Concession Agreements executed with both the Cargo Terminal Operators (CELEBI Delhi Cargo Terminal Management (I) Pvt. Ltd. & Delhi Cargo Service Centre) & adherence to the difference HSE system & Quality Standard internal & external Audit compliances & conformance to different norms set by the different Regulatory Bodies |

1.Liaison with Custom Authorities to resolve day to day operational issues and also take up the news issues for further process improvement in Cargo Operations |
2.Interaction with different Trade Bodies like Delhi Customs Clearing Agents Association, Air Cargo Agents Association of India to understand their day to issues and resolving it |
3.Interaction with Board of Airline Representatives (India) on their operational issues and taking it up further with Cargo Terminal Operators |
4.Internal & External Auditors – ensuring all compliances are adhered to |
5.Regular interaction with Cargo Terminal Operators for continuous improvement in the Terminals |
6.Interaction with Express Industry Council of India for handling of courier cargo and smooth operations |
7.Interaction with Parking Contract and Delhi Airport Parking Services for smooth traffic management to and from two cargo terminals |
8. Co-ordination with Service Provide providing Web Portal and Customs Exchange Messages |
9. Interaction with Vendor providing manpower (Data Entry Operators) 24x7 for Integrated Cargo Management System (ICMS deptt.) |
