JOB PURPOSE
DIAL is going through a transformation process with multiple changes in the environment viz. developing a hub at IGIA (in line with the hub aspirations of GoI). In line with these, DIAL had appointed consultants to develop strategies to be implemented by DIAL. Consultants have given 25-30 key strategies to be implemented by DIAL over the next 3-5 years.
Over the years, DIAL has been steadily building its capabilities in Strategy Deployment including Enterprise Risk Management.
Going forward, there needs to be focus on deployment of all key initiatives to be implemented including for competitiveness – this will involve working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure that our organization's strategic goals and objectives are effectively implemented and executed. Given this, a role is proposed to created under Head-SPG will own and drive strategy deployment and risk management processes at DIAL

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
12-15 years of total experience with at least 5-7 years as lead in Strategy function of a Large Corporate/MNC or Management Consulting Firm. Experience in Infrastructure & Real Estate Sectors preferred. |
