JOB PURPOSE

Assist in evaluation and bidding of airport related opportunities with the aim of growing the airport & the adjacencies portfolio of GMR Group in a sustainable manner. Assist the CEO in financial due diligence for various initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Assist in the evaluation of bid for airports & related opportunities     Timely Evaluation
Evaluate the concession documents like RFP,RFQ etc for preparation of Bid Timely & Exhaustive Preparation
Prepare for Pre Bid queries and incorporate inputs from internal stakeholders towards the preparation of the same Timely & Exhaustive Preparation
Prepare Financial Models, run the sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis and structuring cases for the Bid  
Coordinate with internal teams like Regulatory, Legal , Technical & Finance for evaluation of the bid   
Assist in commercial assessments and attend workshops with DIAL,GHIAL commercial teams   
Conduct Due diligence, site visits & engage with stakeholders like Government Authority, Consultants, Transaction Advisor etc . Engage with Traffic, Non Aero & Real Estate consultants with the aim of determining the valuation and inputs for bid parameter
Assist CEO in various sector level strategic initiatives (valuations, merger & acquisition, divestment etc). Assist CEO in GAL growth strategy and various initiatives associated with it

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

B. Tech. (preferable)+ MBA Finance 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE


5 years. Desirable industry background of Infra Sector Strategy consulting background from any of Big 4 Firms

Background of working in Strategy, business development, financial modelling, business planning, tendering in PPP projects etc.
