JOB PURPOSE

Lead Operation and Maintenance Team of Airside systems, so that Airside & Landside system is available and reliable to meet operation requirement and comply with budget, Safety, Environment and other Regulatory Compliance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Carryout O &M, rehabilitation, improvement works on AGL systems towards achieving life expectancy as per the design and as stated in the IE/ DGCA CAR / ICAO / Aerodrome design manual.
    Carryout life assessment study as per appropriate monitoring system to establish methodology of the works required.
    Identify present system deficiency with respect to various operational requirement and prepare necessary schemes for improvement wherever required.
    Integrating old and new assets and interface with Airside Civil / Operations / AGL / Electrical teams.
    Provide and prepare appropriate tenderable document for OPEX & minor CAPEX works including timely renewal of O & M contract, Execution with quality assurance and completion of works within timelines
    Prepare for the plans in line with the organization’s mission and strategy
    Preparation of Management Information system, Presentation and process improvements
    Integration of AGL systems with upgraded other functions like ASMGCS etc. for efficiency improvements
    Introduce process improvements in maintenance with IoT and advanced technology tools and Workshop
    •    Analyzing and reviewing the data collected and Assessment of functioning of AGL system with respect to operational requirements and regulatory requirement compliances and prepare improvement schemes for better functioning of system.
    •    Analyzing and reviewing the assessment of the condition of substation equipments using Asset management system and preparation of schemes for improvements.
    •    Creating and Ensuring Safety awareness and preparation of checklists for implementation and monitoring
    •    Integration of old and new assets including review and circulate method statement for improving the life expectancy of equipments
    •    Obtaining budget approvals , Preparation of detailed estimates, BOQ and tenderable documents along with technical specifications
    •    PR / PO / Payments regular follow up.
    •    Execution of works within budget and stipulated timelines
    •    Contract closure including ensuring the material reconciliation
    •    Authorization of Handing Over process including Regulatory Compliances adherence
    •    Participate in creation of strategy and way forward for organization’s mission
    •    Attending stakeholder meeting / arranging clearance for work front / interface works etc.
    •    Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 15 - 20 years of experience with 5+ years in Airports
  • Should be well-qualified, experienced and matured individual with good exposure to various business related issues.
