JOB PURPOSE
To Lead Design Team to Deliver Optimal and Cost Efficient design solutions for new developments / Modifications / Expansions of RGIA in line with Master plan, Designs Standards, Design Manuals and in Compliance to Regulatory requirements. To lead Design Process i.e. to Initiate, Conceptualize, Develop, Review and Approve In House Designs and External designs from external Consultants and Concessionaires submission in adherence to Master plan, Designs Standards, Design Manuals and in Compliance to Regulatory requirements. Implement Design Standards, Processes & Procedures during Design Development to ensure zero non-compliance. |

Continuously and at the onset of new & proposed developments. |
Provide and Implement Design solutions and Maintain As Built Drawings. |
Optimal as per Business needs , On time and Cost Efficient |
Alignment of new Developments & Designs initiatives in line with Master plan. |
As per Business needs and Operational Requirements. |
Review and Approve In House & third parties design for all new developments. |
Within 7 working days and In line with Master plan, Manuals. |
Health, Safety, Environment and Regulatory compliances |
Zero Non Compliances |
Team Development - Engage with the team members to motivate and foster teamwork, understand and address concerns and provide a collaborative environment for them to develop. |
