JOB PURPOSE
To Plan, strategize smooth traffic flow, infrastructure development, security & cleanliness in the Airport Road network with close coordination with Stakeholders for efficient & safe passage to all interested parties, stakeholders, passengers using the IGI road network.

Develop SOP’s for smooth operations of Shuttle Bus Service and Inter Terminal Transfer Coaches, SLA for Housekeeping. Ensure smooth operations at Public Transport Center (PTC) & ensuring Smooth entry & exit of vehicular movement to Loading Docks. | No. of passenger complaints & non compliance observed/reported. |
