To Plan, strategize smooth traffic flow, infrastructure development, security & cleanliness in the Airport Road network with close coordination with Stakeholders for efficient & safe passage to all interested parties, stakeholders, passengers using the IGI road network.

To strategize the measures to improve the surface connectivity to Airport including Aerocity and coordinate with concerned agencies.  No. of feedbacks/suggestions received. 
No. of new connectivity developed (As & when required)
To strategize & plan special emphasis to Forecourt Kerb side Management with a view to enhance passenger convenience. No. of complaints regarding congestion reported.
Plan AOP and budget allocation for the department and ensure that procurement and expenditure takes place as per the AOP. Plan Vs Actual. 
Spending within AOP. 
No. of BLIPs undertaken & saving.
Strategize & Planning routes for VIPs and other dignitaries’ movement to Airport. Ensure proper parking arrangements at VIP Parking area, Ceremonial Lounge area and other Parking areas. No. Of VIP complaints reported
Number of  non compliance during audits
Develop SOP’s for smooth operations of Shuttle Bus Service and Inter Terminal Transfer Coaches, SLA for Housekeeping. Ensure smooth operations at Public Transport Center (PTC) & ensuring Smooth entry & exit of vehicular movement to Loading Docks. No. of passenger complaints & non compliance observed/reported.
To ensure regular interaction with different stakeholders meeting with regard to development, safety & smooth traffic flow. No. of structured meetings 
No. of issues resolved within timeframe.
