JOB PURPOSE
Lead, establish & ensure proper functioning of GMR Corporate Leadership University(GMRLU) with a vision to build a world class organization.
This role holder will need to interface with multiple external stakeholders including training partners/ consultants/ SMEs, corporates and have good experience in content and design of training programs and solutions. Strong conceptual understanding of learning and development frameworks, good executive presence and effective communication are an essential requirement of this role.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Postgraduate in HR/ MBA – HR with 15+ Years of experience
Strong administrator
Conceptual Clarity – Learning and development
Good communication, Interaction & Influencing skills
Presentation & Analytical skills
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
At least 15 years’ experience in leading Learning & Development function for leading organizations
Must have exposure to corporate leadership University
Should have past experience of setup talent development centers
