JOB PURPOSE
|
The Junior Manager – Compliance Oversight will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of Aparajitha consultants engaged by the organization to audit vendor statutory compliances. This role also includes managing and executing in-house labour compliance functions to ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and internal policies. The incumbent will act as a key liaison between external compliance auditors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of compliance gaps, maintaining accurate documentation, and driving continuous improvement in compliance processes. |

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Audit of invoices for three packages of Smart Metering and will be responsible statutory compliances
Additionally, incumbent will be responsible for handling internal compliances of all three smart metering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in core compliance and auditing role
