JOB PURPOSE

Executive Permits (ADP) will be responsible primarily for scrutinizing application forms and documents submitted by agencies for the issuance of new Airside Driving Permits and their renewal after feeding required data in ADAPT software. He is also responsible for reconciliation and submission of amount received for issuance of Airside Vehicle Permit / Airside Driving Permits and penalties received against airside violation to DIAL Finance. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Scrutinizing ADP Application and relevant documents  
  •  100% conformance to the SOP
Develop and implement traceable record management on ADP DIAL folder on public server and on Hard copy, as applicable
  • 100% traceability to the records
Issuance of driving permits only after scrutiny of required documents and receipt of fee as per SOP & management approval (as applicable)
  • Issuance as per SOP
Renewal of ADPs as per SOP
  • Issuance as per SOP
Making and Scheduling the Fresh and Refresher ADP Training Batches in coordination with Manager ADP    
  • As per SOP / Guidelines
Enforcement checks of Apron Rules and regulation
  •  Number of violations captured
Compile the ADP issuance data on ADP software along with the fee details without error
  • Zero error on data
Preparing finance report and submitting the same to finance for closing fortnight
  • On Time
Preparing Weekly & Monthly MIS report on issuance of ADP  
  •  On Time

 

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • Airlines/GHAs/Into Plane Refueling companies/ Catering agencies/ aircraft repair and maintenance organizations/general aviation/Govt. Agencies (AAI/CISF/India Post etc.) contractors and service providers

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

  • P&E / Airside Operations/ ARFF/ DIAL Projects team/ Terminal Ops / Airport Systems / F&A

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Aviation Experience 2-3 years (preferably) 
  • Communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders
  • Must be able to work on Excel and Word.
