Transaction Execution & Process Improvement Support the execution of varied projects e.g., development of projects, incubation of new business opportunities, and cross-functional initiatives Assess current business processes and workflows, providing recommendations for improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Identify risks in the market, such as new entrants, changes in laws, or changing customer preferences |

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Coordination with external agencies, Consultants, Government representatives, Auditors for stakeholder management in line with respective functionalities.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Co-ordinate with different departments & stakeholders for meetings.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Financial Modeling, Tax concepts and Excel formulas.
OTHER DIMENSIONS
Adaptability and Versatility: Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and contribute across multiple
domains. Comfort with working in open-ended situations with no clear precedents or playbooks for way forward.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in [Relevant Fields, e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related
disciplines].
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
•3-6 years of experience in Consulting, corporate finance roles, banking, strategy office roles.
