JOB PURPOSE

Assist Team in Business Development Activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

Assist BD team in compilation of Bid documents including coordination for notarization of documents from Notary Public, authorization / apostilation of documents from embassies etc,

 

Coordinate meetings, calls and communications with internal as well as external agencies

Effective communication

Coordinate with the Corp Comm Team to keep up to date professional marketing materials, e.g. flyers and brochures.

Effective Coordination

Liaise with and assist the Finance department to keep track of vendor invoices and payments

Timely Payment to vendors

Managing and arranging Travel plans, coordinating with Travel desk for tickets, visa, and coordination with FMS for hotel booking, cab booking.

Support in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences

Timely arrangement

Maintain confidential records and  contacts database.

Proper storage of all the bid documents

Verification of all bills/settlements internally with the accounts department

Effective verification with no error

Coordinate meetings with External agencies

Effective coordination

Coordination with internal service providers like IT, FMS to ensure availability of printer, stationery etc.

Successfully managing the stakeholders
