JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of job is to act as Financial Analyst of FMS Department. The primary responsibilities includes preparing, reviewing and ensuring optimum utilization of FMS budget across all locations.
ORGANISATION CHART
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Accountabilities are :-
1. Preparation of Annual Budget of FMS across pan India locations.
2. Monthly/Quarterly/Annual preparation of MIS comprising budget v/s actual pan India locations
3. Cost Benefit Analysis/Frugality initiatives pan India locations
4. Contract Management for pan India location
5. Digitization of FMS by creating Dashboard etc.for pan India location
6.Carrying out process audit of various FMS functions i.e. Transport, F&B etc. for pan India location
7. Invoice Management for Delhi location.
8.Preparing/Reviewing and Submission of Contract Closure Notes (CCN) for Delhi location
9. Coordinate and Collection of No Dues Certificate (NDC) from vendors for Delhi location
10.Creation/Reviewing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and BCN for Delhi location.
