JOB PURPOSE

performing statutory compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and other corporate laws and support inconducting Board Meetings and General Meetings for the corporate entities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
Ensuring statutory compliances of corporate entities entrusted to the position, Support in conducting Board meetings, General meetings and Committee meetings and preparation of Minutes. Compliances on time
Maintaining statutory records and registers under applicable laws for corporate entities entrusted to the position Compliances on time
Documentation relating to fund raising by issuance of listed NCDs, Preference Shares, Loans and Due Diligence Compliances on time
Ensuring Stock Exchange Compliances, Corporate Actions, filing of ROC forms, Stock Exchange intimation etc. and liasioning with RBI, SEBI, RTA, NSDL/CDSL. Compliances on time
Ensuring Statutory compliances of LLPs and Trust Compliances Compliances on time
Any other assignments as entrusted Appropriate delivery

1) Statutory authorities like Registrar of Companies, Depositories(NSDL,CDSL), Stock Exchanges, Registrar&Transfer Agents etc.
2) Statutory Auditors
3) Secretarial Auditors
4) Banks, Financial Institutions etc
