Junior Manager - Forensics, E&I

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Manager - Digital Forensics to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in conducting digital forensic investigations, analyzing digital evidence, and contributing to the overall security posture of our organization.
You will gain valuable experience working alongside senior forensic professionals and hone your skills in this critical field.
ORGANISATION CHART
This position will report to Head - Forensics.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence from various sources (e.g., computers, mobile devices, cloud storage) using industry-standard tools and techniques and prepare detailed report ensuring technical accuracy.
- Create SOPs, framework and guideline documents based on ISO 17025 and ISO 27001 framework
- Provide technical support during investigations by analyzing and interpreting various logs like O365, Windows, Firewalls, etc.
- Review alerts generated from Data Loss Prevention tool and identified incidents of loss
- Experience in Malware Reverse Engineering would be an added advantage
- Conduct Open-Source Intelligence gathering on requirement basis

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in digital forensics or a related field (e.g., incident response, security analysis).
- Strong understanding of digital forensics principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one digital forensics tool (e.g., EnCase, FTK, Autopsy).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
