JOB PURPOSE
Incident Management: Lead and coordinate the response to IT incidents, ensuring timely identification, analysis, and resolution at site.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all incident-related communications. Keep stakeholders informed about the incident status, progress, and resolution timelines. Provide regular updates to the management team.
Invoice Processing: Manage vendor invoices, verifying them against purchase orders and delivery receipts. Ensured accurate billing and coordinated with the finance department for timely payment processing.
Payment Processing: Coordinated payment processing, verifying payment terms and ensuring timely disbursement to vendors. Maintained records of payments and resolved any payment discrepancies or issues.

Accountabilities
- Responsible for configuration & of all IT devices, including Internet, Wifi, Tata Sky, Apple TV, IP Telephony, Room Automation, IPAD, Mac and iPhone and installed IT peripheral devices at BCM Residence & Skip House for BCM/BCMO/BCM Family.
- Responsible for connecting the VC meeting from Residence as well should be available during the meeting for any technical support.
- Coordinating with the teams concerned if there is a problem with any of the network or server devices at BCM residence.
- Responsible for coordinating with the team in the case of BCM sir external meetings.
- Escalate incidents to appropriate channels when necessary.
- Acted as the sole user in the team for Invoice Processing, overseeing all aspects of its implementation, maintenance, and optimization at site.
- Managed Payments independently, ensuring seamless operations.

- Technical Graduate
- Technical Certification in Microsoft is desirable
