JOB PURPOSE
This Job is responsible for collating & examining documents and research on legal issues. Further, has to attend hearing before the court/tribunal/ authorities PAN India physically/ virtually. Prepare MIS as per requirement of the Legal Department

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
(i) Provide legal guidance
(ii) Effectively and efficiently liaisoning with internal departments and support the Head Legal with requisite examining of pleadings/ case documents/ transaction documents supported by legal research
(iii) Prepare, update and maintain MIS by collating requisite data within timelines as per Management requirement

Legal/Finance/HR and other business Team
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
To maintain turnaround time to enable to close the documents/queries within the time line
To support RM in meetings with the team Budgetary limits in Work Execution.
OTHER DIMENSIONS
Interact with all department teams on cases/ transactions requiring updates on transaction
Primarily interact with Project team, C& C team and F&A team for examining and analysing transaction/ case documents
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Law
- Graduation in Arts/ Commerce/ Finance/ Science
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- About 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel and having experience in legal research, handling relevant data, understanding of pleadings and court procedures, MIS
- Good knowledge of Contract Act, Arbitration Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Consumer Protection Act, CPC, CR.P.C
- Good analytical, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
