JOB PURPOSE

To ensure preparation of all energy bills of power trading operation on a day-to-day basis, make entries in SAP including resolution of tax related queries and issues, tracking of payments and reconciliation with RLDCs, manage control room activities in shifts and ensure scheduling of power in coordination with RLDCs.

To prepare Energy bills, Open Access bills, Trading Margin bills, Surcharge bills, Compensation bills, REA-Final bills, Annual client Membership fee for energy and REC invoice. Work and manage power trading automation software. Timely, error free
Tracking all payments made to RLDC/SLDCs/Clients, Reconciliation with RLDCs and follow-up. Coordinate with RLDC and SLDC for correction in schedule Timely
Analysis of Power Market and competitor’s market, Compile Exchange MIS-daily volume, energy cost, Open access, trading margin, service tax Error free
Monitoring all TDS deductions and reconcile with F&A and RLDC’s Timely
Doing SAP related activities- creation of PR,PO,SE,GR/IN, vendor creation, creation of CAR form, and follow up with the F&A and SSC for release and making payments. Any other SAP related work Timely
Managing Control room activities such DAM, TAM, REC Market, Bilateral market scheduling and timely application punching after taking consents from RLDCs, Provisional & Final IEX rate intimation to team, Maintaining Settlement Sheet and intimation to client for low balance, Intra-state Scheduling   Timely
