JOB PURPOSE

  • Support project head in all project development activities including coordination for undertaking feasibility studies, EIA, Statutory & local clearances, land acquisition, power sale activities, regulatory approvals, power evacuation etc.
  • AOP preparation and monitoring of project expenses vs budgeted levels.
  • Monitoring of Daily Project Progress and preparation of MIS/ Review Presentations for CEO/BCM/GHB.
  • Assist Department Head in all Due-diligence undertaken for potential investors / Lenders.
  • Support in Bidding / acquisition of new Projects
  • Monitor industry/regulatory trends in power sector with special emphasis on power markets.
  • Handle CSR Activities for the department – Planning, Coordination and Implementation.
  • Coordinate with site for implementation of EHS activities as per approved EHS plan.

Support project head in all project development activities:

  • Coordination for undertaking feasibility studies, EIA, Statutory & local clearances, land acquisition, power sale activities, regulatory approvals, power evacuation etc. for ongoing project (Upper Karnali, Talong, Alaknanda HEPs)
  • Monitoring the compliances and maintaining the records.

  • Preparation of half yearly / yearly AOP for all projects (Upper Karnali, Talong, Alaknanda HEPs).
  • Monitoring with project expenses vs Budgeted levels.
Finalization of process

Coordination of progress report and preparation of MIS/ Review Presentations

  • Coordination with Site for progress report inputs for under construction projects.
  • Preparation of MIS/ review presentation (Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly) for CEO/BCM/GHB for all projects.
Finalization of reports

CSR Activities

  • Handle CSR Activities for the department – Planning, Coordination / budgeting and Implementation in all projects ((Upper Karnali, Talong, Alaknanda HEPs).
  • Coordination with GMRVF for implementation of project specific plan.
As per requirement

Environment, Health and Social Plan (EHS):

  • Coordinate with site for implementation of EHS activities as per approved EHS plan.
  • Support site team in EHS Compliances.
  • Primary Health services & Social activities - Planning, Coordination / budgeting and Implementation. 
  • Re-habitation & resettlement plan - Coordination / budgeting and Implementation.

Graduate / Diploma
