JOB PURPOSE

Job Purpose

To effectively manage the Facility Management Services of remote location Offices including but not limited to Repair & Maintenance, Employee Services, Cafeteria management and Employee engagement activities.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate with 4 to 6 years’ experience in Hospitability /IT environment in Admin /Facilities Management.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Facility Management  
  • Experience in Big Corporates/ Multi-National Companies is preferred
  • Experience in facilities process improvement
  • In-depth knowledge of Admin and Facilities Management. 
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to liaison, negotiate and interact with Vendors
