JOB PURPOSE
Job Purpose
To effectively manage the Facility Management Services of remote location Offices including but not limited to Repair & Maintenance, Employee Services, Cafeteria management and Employee engagement activities.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Qualification
- Graduate with 4 to 6 years’ experience in Hospitability /IT environment in Admin /Facilities Management.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Facility Management
- Experience in Big Corporates/ Multi-National Companies is preferred
- Experience in facilities process improvement
- In-depth knowledge of Admin and Facilities Management.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaison, negotiate and interact with Vendors
