JOB PURPOSE
Close coordination with BCAS for expeditious clearence of various proposals of GMR Airports.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- This role will be responsible for implementing all assignments related to Policy Advocacy, Planning, Strategy, Automation, Technology Evaluation, Risk assessment analysis etc to improve and achieve all security initiatives and processes

Ensure all Airports are compliant to Regulations: -

Responsible for regular correspondence with the Airports regarding sharing of study report and lessons learned and regularly updating all stakeholders regarding design and process changes

Maintain strong liaison with BCAS HQ, MoCA, NASFT, CISF HQ/Airport Sector & MHA for expeditious clearance of all approvals/ NoCs /Permissions

This role will evaluate current policies, procedures, SOPs & guidelines to ensure effective long-term strategy that align with internal and external stakeholders and apply across GMR airports

Ensure all relevant data and presentation related to all Airports are made and updated timely for the Management review and replies to other stakeholders time to time.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details
Represent in all Management reviews, stakeholders meetings and convey synopsis of the meeting to all Airports and send action taken report
Ensure Survey/Resurvey of CISF Manpower are timely completed in all GMR airports and follow up made with the BCAS for sending recommendation to MHA for sanction.
Take an agile approach to achieve all assigned tasks such as Upgradation/enhancement or recapitalization of technologies to meet organization goals.
Analysis future traffic and advise future space planning considerations including projected upcoming technologies, infrastructure etc.
Ensure technological improvement plan is made time-to-time to address the emerging threat as well as smooth passenger processing without compromising security.
Compile reports on each survey, inspection, test or investigation for the airport security of all Indian GMR Airport And other stakeholders as may be required

1. Interact Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) for approval of AEPs, Space and Security Clearances 2. Interact with CISF for smooth and seamless days to day airport operations 3. Interact with local Police on landside/traffic management related issues. 4. Interact with the airline managers and airline security managers with regard to of security audit, security inspections, AEPs. Security committee meetings and smooth operations. 5. Interact with Concessionaires for space/security clearance and compliances. 6. Interact with RAXA for landside security management. 7. Interact with Immigration/Customs for ASQ surveys and smooth operations. |

Interact with Business Development Team for space, police verification and security clearance of new concessionaires coming on board 6. Interact with MAG for Audit & Compliance of Security & Control. 7. Interact with Finance & Accounts for processing of bills and releasing of timely payment to vendors 8. Interact with Terminal Operation, AOCC, Airside and Protocol/Facility team for ramp and terminal de-congestion, Airport Service Quality Survey, VVIP movement and landside operations. |

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Any Graduate
- Exposer to modern gadgets used in Airport Security
- Basic Avsec Qualified
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Total 10 years in Police/Central Police /Intelligence/Airlines/ BCAS and 05 years in Airport Security
