JOB PURPOSE

Conceptualize, formulate, review & benchmark Employee Engagement initiatives and manage L&OD programs at Corporate HR level, that focuses on uniform deployment and effective utilization enabling execution excellence, improved employee experience and attainment of stakeholder expectattions

Key Performance Indicators

L&OD

  • Work with BHR & SSC in driving TNI completion as per framework & track budget
  • Organize & drive adherence to mandatory programs (e.g. PASH)
  • Partner with BHR & SSC in ensuring L&OD delivery through external partners and internal facilitators
  • Act as internal facilitator for basic behavioral skills & HR domain related programs
  • Create program to develop in-house pool of facilitators and design content of basic modules, manuals & methods
  • Create ROI / effectiveness measures
  • Work with COE Head and stakeholders in revision of MTLDP with special focus on mid-level managerial capability enhancements and Key Talent Development framework
  • Partner in OD and Change management initiatives taken up by CHR
  • Work with COE Head and stakeholders in creation of Role based TNI framework and Career Path framework for Key roles
  • Program manage Virtual Learning forums, Alchemy, Transform and YLP
  • Evaluate external learning partners engagement framework & Manage Partnership agreements
  • Drive IDPs & PDD closures along with Talent Management Team
  • Anchor promotion panels and action developmental inputs
  • Proactive role in related policy development
  • Develop further Education program tie-ups
  • Facilitate 360 degree evaluations as per requirement
  • Act as V&B ambassador

TNI completion, feedback on delivery & effectiveness, Creation/ design of supporting frameworks

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Employee Engagement

  • Benchmark best practices & partner with BHRs in deployment.
  • Manage deployment of Engagement Survey and track adherence to related improvement plans
  • Partner in driving culture of “Line Managers as HR Managers” e.g.:  “HR process guide/ Job card”, “Caring Manager” programs etc. design and deployment.
  • Creatively design & deploy various e-touch & p-touch programs on engagement, special focus on remote locations/ sites
  • Create end user experience measures & forums
  • Streamline New hire experience program at Group level
  • Manager Campus Hires orientation/ induction program at Group level
  • Drive career engagement talk forums
  • Design non-financial rewards
  • Streamline R&R programs & drive visibility & enhancements

 

SLAs, stakeholder’s feedback, EE survey & related effectiveness

Reports and Dashboards

  • Maintain analytics for the KRAs.
  • Develop and review SLAs for enhancing delivery effectiveness

Ready availability of effectiveness analytics

 

Special Projects

  • (a) Partner with stakeholders in designing new Career Maps aligned to Hay bands and Role based TNI framework (b) 360 degree module on V&B

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

•Graduate with Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 10 years post qualification experience in relevant areas, preferred experience in program managing L&OD interventions with required certifications and experience of facilitations, content creation, assessments , competency mapping, psychometric tests etc.
