JOB PURPOSE

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and managing the overall strategy for learning content across the organization. With a strong focus on enhancing the learning experience for employees, the role holder will oversee the creation, implementation, and evaluation of diverse learning materials for B2B, B2C, SaaS scenarios. The role holder should ensure that the learning content is relevant, engaging, and effective in meeting the needs of the workforce upskilling, academies and extended enterprise.
 

ORGANISATION CHART

This position will report to Chief Learning Officer 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead development of Learning Plan
•Work with Business leaders & Centre of Excellence to define learning requirements & goals and co-create custom learning journeys & pathways for B2B, B2C and SaaS scenarios.
•Perform learning needs analysis for different BUs / departments and design Annual learning plan accordingly 

Lead the development of learning content across various platforms
•Lead the development of learning scope, and standards for various work streams 
•Design the training course curriculum and pedagogy for various work streams in consultation with Business leaders.
•Define content strategy including Internal content, content from 3rd party providers, and free content sourced through AI.
•Monitor industry trends in learning and development to inform innovative content strategies.

High Quality Learning Deliverables
•Manage a team of instructional designers and content developers to produce high-quality learning resources.
•Responsible for strategic oversight as well as hands-on management of content development processes, ensuring that all learning initiatives are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
•Create end user learning deliverables in line with organizational requirements such as virtual instructor led training, web-based training, quick reference guides, job aids and simulations using different content authoring tools.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that learning materials are accurate and effective.
•Implement best practices in content management and instructional design to enhance learning effectiveness.

Vendor Management
•Manage content budget & license agreements with 3rd party content providers.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS


•Graduate with MBA preferably majoring in HR/Instructional Design/Education.
•Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a dynamic environment.
•In-depth knowledge of learning management systems, SaaS and content development tools.
•Strong analytical skills to assess content effectiveness and employee learning needs.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
•Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to manage multiple learning projects.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

10 years of experience in learning content management.
