JOB PURPOSE

To lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for senior leadership and niche mandates, ensuring high-quality talent delivery aligned with business growth. The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on execution across leadership and specialized hiring.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities

Key Performance Indicators

SLT Hiring

  • Senior level hiring: Overall recruitment coordination for JRL LC & above across sectors. Handling recruitment from ERF allotment to onboarding.
  • Coordination with CXO Offices for interview slots, post interview feedback. Blocking calendars, interview room, parking (for in-person interviews of local candidates). Facilitating ticket booking, airport pick and drop for in-person interviews of outstation candidates.
  • Psychometric Assessments – Initiation of PPA, TEIQ, PQ. Coordination with SSC Recruiters for initiation of PPA, TEIQ and follow up on reports.

               Background verification: Initiation and follow-up for reports.

  • Facilitating the businesses / sectors for finalization of Annual Staffing Plan (ASP) for the Group
  • SLA

SLT Onboarding

  • Logistics arrangement for Relocation case  - Travel, Stay and Transport.
  • Bag and Baggage, Claims reimbursements etc.
  • Coordination with BHR / Corporate HR for On-Boarding - IT Asset, Workstation etc.

Administration of Talent Acquisition Process & Policies

  • Support in refinement of TA Policy, Process, RASCI* - Templates, Formats & Forms for implementation
  • Administration & facilitation for BHRs & SSC Recruiters.

Talent Acquisition Initiatives

  • Support in launching and executing New TA initiatives.
  • Support in TA Digital Transformation Projects
  • Number of new initiatives launched

TA-Analytics

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and informative recruitment dashboard along with reporting of recruiting effectiveness (channel mix, cost of hire, quality of hire, etc.) for the Function.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  •   MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  •   10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  •   Prior experience in recruitment consulting followed by corporate TA exposure.
  •   Strong experience in leadership hiring.
  •   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven track record of closing senior mandates.
