To lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for senior leadership and niche mandates, ensuring high-quality talent delivery aligned with business growth. The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on execution across leadership and specialized hiring.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in recruitment consulting followed by corporate TA exposure.
- Strong experience in leadership hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of closing senior mandates.
