JOB PURPOSE
Oversee the project execution process to ensure completion of the allocated tower/s in a phased manner in line with project budget, quality standards and timelines. The role holder is required to continuously supervise and provide technical expertise in construction to ensure adherence to project design specifications and standards by contractors/vendors.

This position reports to Manager Projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project Planning
- Ensure adherence to the overall master schedule for completion of various project execution related activities
- Conduct scheduling of activities based on prioritization and criticality of activities for the project; Prioritize and plan future construction activities for the project
- Support Reporting Manager in conducting resource planning in terms of projecting material and manpower requirements in order to deploy resources efficiently across the entire project lifecycle
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interact with stake holders of the projects to understand their requirements and educate them on particular systems.
