Responsible for imparting Advance AvSec training at in Coordination with Regulatory Authority (BCAS) and administrative aspects of the ASTI Trainings which includes scheduling, monitoring AM-ASTI Instructors and quality of training. Liaison and coordination with stakeholders, external organizations and agencies to bring more trainings, resulting in more revenue. And ensure high standards of training.

- Responsible for imparting Advance AvSec training at in Coordination with Regulatory Authority (BCAS)
- Responsible to manage the all AvSec training activities assisting the ASTI- Head.
- Responsible to ensure high standard of AVSEC training.
- Provide positive input to ASTI- head in planning & organising training activities to meet the monthly revenue target of GMRAA.
- Responsible to Build and maintain professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue targets of GMR Aviation academy.
- Monitor CBT Administration of Screener Certification Exam of BCAS.
- Conduct pre-test and post-test evaluation, collect post course critic, prepare comprehensive report, and submit to the Head-ASTI.
- Responsible to ensue high standard of discipline within the team.
- Responsible to maintain appropriate records of training programme attended by all the personnel (in-house or outside) on aviation security which includes AVSEC induction programme, specialized training programme, recurrent/ refresher training programme, security awareness programme, on the job training programme, certification and recertification programme, etc. and shall be readily available for inspection by the inspecting authority of the Appropriate Authority.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate with good communication skills
§ AVSEC BASIC COURSE Certification by BCAS
§ AVSEC INSTRUCTOR COURSE certification by BCAS
§ Must possess Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs) covering all the aspects and parameters of Aviation Security;
§ Computer Based Training (CBT) Administrator
Minimum 10 years of Experience as an certified AvSec Instructor, out of which 5 years in ASTI.
