JOB PURPOSE

To drive the Preparation, analysis and monitoring of Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan, Automation of key processes in order to enable management in decision making, ensure achievement of business targets as per Organizational strategy and Financial modeling, analysis and scenario evaluation

DIAL has established a central document management system and communication management system. The DMS is responsible to anchor knowledge repository for the organization including developing processes; working with various departments to ensure that documents are uploaded on DMS. CMS is responsible to ensure all external communications (Govt. stakeholders) are responded to after necessary approvals. Over the last 1-2 years, the communications from Govt. stakeholders have increased significantly. Further nature of the communications have also changed, needing more accountability for CMS.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Implementation of new the DMS and CMS system being proposed
Review and update the DMS and CMS SOPs on a yearly basis
Drive the deployment of DMS
•    Train all departments on DMS functionality
•    On a monthly basis, interact with the all Department SPOCs to ensure key documents are uploaded on DMS
•    Monthly review of DMS 
•    Coordinate with DMS services provider
Manage the CMS function
•    Train all department SPOCs on the new system
•    Review the CMS tracker on a daily basis
•    Daily review of pending critical correspondences
•    Escalate pending/critical correspondences to Head-SPG
•    Presentation to CEO and DCEO on the critical pending letters/correspondence
•    Monthly meeting with all departments on key issues faced and identification improvement in CMS functioning
Act as SPG SPOC for drafting responses to letters to be drafted by SPG
Work with various departments SPOC for successfully deployment of the new CMS system at DIAL
SPOC for CMS and DMS system maintenance/upgrade; in coordination with IT and other departments.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • •    Post Graduate in business, finance, / Graduate in any relevant field
    •    Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills
    •    Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
    •    Strong knowledge of risk management processes including COSO framework
    •    High proficiency of project management across complex projects involving cross-functional implementations
    •    Adept at developing presentations and notes for management

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

•    At least 7-0 years of experience with exposure to implementation of strategic initiatives and risk management frameworks across large organization(s). 
•    Experience in aviation and airport sector is preferred.
