JOB PURPOSE
- Ability to understand GMR business policies and procedures and identify the areas for control/monitoring mechanisms.
- Strong knowledge of frauds and trends with legal implications. Adopt and monitor industry best practices.
- Capability to conduct/support/assist financial / Anti Corruption investigations in a cost-effective manner to identify fraud risks in systems/processes and suggest suitable plans to mitigate risks or minimize exposure.
- Proven ability to present data and findings in an effective and convincing manner.
- Demonstrated skill to identify and establish relationships with external and internal agencies related to any investigation. Ability to obtain information from external sources.
- To contribute towards strengthening oft of Ethical culture of the organization , identify system lapses and revenue leakages, and identify financial and ethical wrongdoings.
ORGANISATION CHART
This position will report to Head (Investigation- GPUIL) E&I and will be based out of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

1. Meetings with HODs to co-ordinate data collection, investigations and reporting with logical closure of cases and implementing recommendations. |

2. Employee engagement to gather - intelligence, process gaps, dept. internal information and to discuss possible improvements across the group. |

3. Meeting and Coordinating with MAG/HR for various support activities and data collection, as well tracking redflags raised and other issues. |

4. Improving the Ethics awareness culture across the group by conducting various activities, surveys, training sessions and collating feedback to improve team member skills and visibility of E&I across the group. |
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Preparation and supporting E&I team for annual AOP in accordance with GCS requirements.
Co-ordinate with various financial teams to incorporate E&I budget, take up necessary capex purchases as per process.
Collecting intelligence and monitoring the “Consultancy” budget as per AOP. Ensuring cost effective measures are adopted to maintain due transparency in audit trails.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Essential: Graduate
Preferred - MBA/CA /ACFE certified Fraud Examiner/ Law
Strong knowledge with relevant experience in Fraud Control/ Anticorruption
Basic knowledge of business and commerce
Strong ability in MS word, Excel & PowerPoint (MS Office)
Working experience in AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc) SAP knowledge will be preferred.
Command over English.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Relevant Work Experience with minimum 7-10 years.
Should have handled independent investigation of Anti Corruption /financial frauds and other corporate frauds.
Possess relevant experience and worked with investigation agencies, banks, insurance, telecom sectors or corporates.
