KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities	Key Performance Indicators
Monitoring MEP system including handling various projects and O& M activities for MRSS and city side substation.Monitoring MEP system including handling various projects and O& M activities for MRSS and city side substation.	Percentage of Availability and SLA
Ensure SLA & KPI on Electrical SCADA for fault Identification and ensure smooth operation wrt Electrical system	Percentage of Availability and SLA
Monitoring of SLA/KPI MRSS & DG buildings, Energy management/open access/ energy Scheduling	Percentage of Availability and SLA
Utilization of contractual manpower with their competency and capability utmost level and suggest optimized use of manpower with respect to	Percentage of Availability and SLA
Analyzing cause of breakdown and prepare an incident report with corrective action based on field and SCADA inputs	Percentage of Availability and SLA
Develop BOQ budget and quality plans for CAPEX & OPEX budget.Planning of preventive/predictive maintenance.	Approved projects/Percentage of Availability and SLA

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

1.Interact with the stake holders of the projects while executing the works at site .

2.Interact with the Statutory agencies like Local Fire Authority, Pollution control board, Municipal corporations, Factory Inspectorates, etc., for approvals & certifications .CEA compliance etc

3.Interact with the external consultants, Vendors / contractors for smooth execution of the projects and understand the advances in technology and trends.

B. Tech - Electrical with 10-14 yr ’ experience

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

4-6 years of experience in maintenance activities with airport /power plant /infrastructure
