Manager - Engineering

JOB PURPOSE

To ensure O&M of Engineering Systems (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/STP-WTP) for Estate Management (Guest Houses), so that system is available and reliable to meet operation requirements complying with budget, Safety, Environment Systems and Regulatory Compliance apart from Energy/Water conservations.

ORGANISATION CHART

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. To Maintain the serviceability & availability of systems and utilities 
2. Checking the compliances wrt :-

• Serviceability, Preventive Maintenance, Response Time, Testing Reports of Equipment, Availabilities of Tools, Spare Parts & Consumables
• Work permits ,Hot permits, Inward/Outward gate pass, AEP
• RCA and CAPA reports of all major  incidents
• Review of PM checklists / SOP/Logbooks
• Execution of Opex and Capex works as planned  in Annual Operating Plan
• Implementation of  New Projects/Improvement works
• Preparation of BOQ/Specifications/Makes. 

3. Spare and Inventory Management 
4. Contract Management
5. Vendor Billing 
6. Develop robust SLA monitoring process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
7. Special/Initiatives – Participate in the areas of process excellence, cost reduction, energy savings initiatives, implementation of 5’s’, audits and implementation of audit points. Registration & Implementation of Improvement works and Kaizens
8. Training of contractors staff

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 9 +  total years of experience with Mechanical field for degree holders 
• 11 +  total years of experience with Mechanical field for diploma holders 
• Experience in Building MEP along-with automation- CMS /SAP  is preferable
• Experience in handling Engineering assets (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/STP-WTP) in hospitality sectors
