JOB PURPOSE

Responsible to manage facilities at 02 Site Offices of ALD at Delhi Aerocity, IGI Airport, New Delhi.

Primary focus would be on Work Space Management, Visitor Management, Cafeteria and Pantry Services, Transportation Services, Budget Management, Invoice Management, PR to PO Process, Event Management etc.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Facility Management at Site Offices
    1. End to end facility Management
    2. Managing First level of management
    3. Proactive monitoring for any issue

Taking Care of all requirements pertaining to FMS

  1. Cafeteria and Pantry Services
    1. End to end cafeteria management
    2. Monitoring the food quality and variety
    3. Providing best Services in Pantry

Launching varied menu

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate with a preference to Hotel Management

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 10 to 15 Years of experience with at least 7 years of experience in Facility Management from organization with more than 2000 employees.
