JOB PURPOSE

Lead and drive the customization and implementation of various HR systems and processes for the Airport Sector (including DIAL, GHIAL, GADL, GMR Aviation Academy and Airport teams, International Airports , Aviation ) under the leadership of CHRO- Airport Sector, in alignment with the corporate HR architecture to drive employee engagement and development and enable achievement of the sector objectives.

Drive Talent Development and Employee engagement and ensure implementation of related Human Resource   across Energy Sector in alignment with the corporate HR architecture.

  • Lead Learning and Development for Energy Business
  • Drive Talent Review, Succession Planning and IDPs
  • Facilitate work place harmony through continuous engagement to create a productive and cohesive climate for business.
