JOB PURPOSE

Carry out field studies, discussion, data collection and analysis for Organizational Design Study and Productivity improvement studies, across all sectors of GMR group, JVs/ concessionaires and outside organisations as assigned. Support Job evaluation process across the Group

Organization Design Studies:
•    Carryout organization design studies by field studies, discussions, data collection and analysis and for recommending effective Design for various Business. 
•    Support the business in implementation of the recommendations
•    Assist in Manpower Assessment and Manpower Planning Studies as a part of AOP and based on specific requirements

Job Evaluation:
•    Assist in Job evaluation projects, collecting the organization structure, JDs, 
•    Evaluation of various Jobs as a part of the JE Panel

Productivity Improvement Study: 
•    Plan and conduct productivity improvement studies for various sectors to improve the efficiency of processes and manpower
No. of OD studies
Productivity Improvements in terms of cost savings.
 
Special Projects/ Initiatives:
•    Drive Productivity improvement projects using lean approach like Kaizen events, 5S
•    Support implementation of Strategic Manpower Productivity and Business Excellence initiatives.

  • BE/ME in Industrial Engineering
  • PGDM with specialization in Operations / HR

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years in the Industrial Engineering function with at least 5 years in a large business conglomerate with diverse business interests or with consulting background.
