JOB PURPOSE

Monitor and Manage the recording, reporting, invoicing and recovery mechanism of Non-Aero revenue in DIAL complying with Contractual, Statutory and Audit requirements and ensuring improved cash flows.

The role would be responsible for interfacing with clients and various internal stakeholders to govern administration of already executed Aerocity Revenue contracts - land lease, license and space license contracts during the entire lifecycle of the contracts – i.e. project development and commercial operations.

To achieve the same the person shall (1) setup and manage a consistent framework to monitor all contractual obligations and risks, (2) reconciliation of applicable license fees/lease rentals in case of revenue share contracts (3) coordinate with relevant internal departments to track progress, flag, and address emerging issues to finance, compliance & approvals, legal, operations, and design & projects developments as relevant.

  1. Setup and maintain a contract monitoring framework which keeps track of all contractual obligations and risks

To seek information from internal departments and client as relevant vis-a-vis contractual obligations and update the contract monitoring system.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • PG/MBA (in Finance/Strategy)

Legal knowhow would be an added advantage

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge and knowhow of contracts and revenue generation along with expertise in risk detection
  • 10-12 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate lease administration or land transactions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and creation of presentations
  • Good inter-personal and people management skills
