Manager - Strategic Initiatives

JOB PURPOSE
Working at the confluence of various functional areas – Commercial (BD and Leasing), Design, Projects, Finance and other DIAL departments – the role is envisaged to :
- Set-up systems, processes and dashboards to objectively monitor the progress of various aspects of commercial initiatives, operations and projects and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures
- Provide analytical support for decision making in cross-functional areas
- Provide the interface to ALD Projects, SPG, Finance and other DIAL departments to ensure timely decision making and business continuity
- Conceptualize and incubate key strategic initiatives
This profile requires strong analytical skills and multi-tasking ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create – update –follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data.

This position reports to CCO.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Projects and Policies:
- Preparation of Business Plan for the functionals areas in CCO office
- Analyse `Financial Modeling’ related to the projects for bankability and share investment perspective with CCO
- Partner with BD and leasing teams to prepare bid responses for various tenders
- Monitor, Drive & Support Preparation of project related documents such as MoU, RFQ, RFP etc.
Follow up on strategic projects and policies to ensure closure in a timely manner with high quality delivery.
Plan and facilitate reviews as per requirement and CCO’s site visits and reviews, besides providing critical inputs on issues
- Ensure regular cycle of site visit and review of all the projects which are being planned / under implementation, including materials and documentations related to execution of the projects
- Ensure monitoring and follow up on the action points as per agreed time lines
- Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from CCO’s office.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Absolute quantification is not feasible – however, quantity impact can be gauged from the fact that the role will be a key enabler in CCO’s office for effective and timely delivery of the 5 year AOP which includes 4680 Cr of Revenue, 5400Cr of Cash Flows over next 5 years from ALD - Delhi

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Post Graduate / Management Degree - (MBA - preferably specialization in Finance or Strategy)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years post-MBA experience preferably in Strategy, CXO- EA, Finance functions
Preferably from Real Estate or consulting background.
