JOB PURPOSE
Lead the IT Projects team for the Airport for providing End-End solutions to improve operational efficiencies in line with customer requirements.

| IT Project implementations Responsible for budgeting & Value Engineering, Planning of IT Systems in line with the plan, building IT Projects Team on project to project basis, IT Project Execution & Deliverables, Progress report and updates , IT implementation GAP analysis, Risk Assessments and mitigation plans. Coordination with all the internal User Departments and external Stakeholders like Vendors. Build IT team for project and provide training and guidance at all the stages of the project. |
Ensure end-end implementation and integration of Airport IT systems. Cost, Timelines and quality of the deliverables. |
| Design Management: - Responsible for Design & finalization of all Airport IT systems – FIDS, Check-in Systems, AODB, RMS, BRS, Networks (Passive/Active),IBS( In-building Solutions), Public Address system, Master Clock, MATV, Tetra, Telephony, CCTV, and Access Control Systems etc.. Responsible for Interface integration of all IT and Non-IT Systems. |

| Procurement Management: Responsible for Tender Specification for IT Systems Pre-bid meeting and technical queries Evaluation of Proposals and finalization of Solution Vendor Management |

| Installation, Commissioning & Testing Responsible for installations and commissioning of Airport IT systems. Responsible ORAT related to IT functions Testing and integration of Systems ( LAT, SAT, SIT, UAT, Full Integration ) |

Handover of the Project: Responsible for all design documentation and as-build drawings Knowledge Transfer and handover of installed systems to the operations team Responsible for smooth transition from Project to operations |

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
External - Need to interact with external stakeholders of the organization to enable success in day to day work
Coordination with stake holders and vendors for Airport IT implementations.
Co-ordination with Airlines, Customs, Ground Handlers, Cargo, BCAS, AAI etc. for IT integration activities.
Coordination with IT and Non IT contractors for site installation works and interfaces.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Internal - Need to interact with internal stakeholders of the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Coordination with Civil, MEP, Finance, Contracts, and Operations, Commercial, safety & Security teams for IT implementation works.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
A min of 5--100 Cr IT-Airport Projects Executions and Deliverables
OTHER DIMENSIONS
- To handle a team of 10-15 employees
- To handle various vendors for design and execution of IT projects.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Engineering – (Computer Science or IT)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
15-18 years of experience in IT systems implementation preferably from a mid-large size projects with 8-10 years of Airport experience.
